Rental Terms & Conditions
When renting BungoBoxes customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:
- Customer acknowledges that the chosen delivery / pick up date and times are not guaranteed. BungoBox will make every effort to accommodate the chosen dates and times but cannot guarantee it. Final confirmation of delivery / pick up dates and times will be done 48 hours prior to service.
- BungoBox will make every effort to deliver the equivalent or similar number of items ordered. Due to possible inventory shortages, customer acknowledges that he/she may not receive the exact number of BungoBoxes and materials as presented during the ordering process. In such cases, BungoBox reserves the right to make substitutions as necessary to achieve the similar amount of volume as presented on the website.
- Customer acknowledges that it is their sole responsibility to count and verify that the correct number of items are received at time of delivery.
- Customer agrees to return all rental items in good condition at the end of the rental period. If the rental period is extended, these terms shall apply to the new rental period end date. If the items are returned in a condition where our regular cleaning process is insufficient to clean the boxes, customer agrees to an additional cleaning fee of $3 plus taxes per box.
- Customer acknowledges that his/her credit card information will be kept on file for the duration of the rental agreement and authorizes BungoBox to charge the credit card for all invoices once received.
- Customer acknowledges that services will not be rendered until payment is received in full.
- Customer authorizes BungoBox to charge his/her credit card at the rates listed in item 9 of this agreement, for any BungoBox rental equipment that is returned in a damaged condition.
- Customer authorizes BungoBox to charge his/her credit card at the rates listed in item 9 of this agreement, for any BungoBox rental equipment that is not returned to BungoBox at the end of the rental period.
- Customer acknowledges that lost or damaged rental equipment will be charged to his/her credit card at the following rates plus applicable taxes:
Large BungoBox $35
XL BungoBox $60
Bungo Wardrobe $125
Large BungoWheels / Dolly $150
XL BungoWheels / Dolly $150
2 Wheel dolly $150
- Customer acknowledges that if he/she subleases or assigns any of the above items to a third party, the customer remains responsible for all payments and return of all items to BungoBox under this Rental Terms and Conditions.
- Customer acknowledges and authorizes BungoBox to charge any amount associated with the above stated terms and conditions to his/her credit card.
- Customer acknowledges that he / she has sole responsibility to schedule and be present at appointments for delivery and pick-up of the BungoBoxes. If the customer does not give 48 hours’ notice to reschedule appointments, there may be an additional rescheduling fee applied in the amount of $45 + taxes chargeable to the credit card kept on file.
